Accommodating staff, breakfasts were above average.

There were a safe, a fridge, and tea and coffee making equipment in my chalet, enjoyed it. Garden view was amazing!

Amazing food, excellent service and spectacular view of the sunset. Large rooms, above average breakfast. A comfortable bar on site. Honestly no complains at all.

The room was brand-new with a balcony, and the breakfast was exceptionally good. Lots of delicious food, we enjoyed it.

The restaurant was reasonably priced with a view over the Sabie River, I tried excellent dishes. Garden view was worthy, the staff were lovely friendly and efficient people on the manager who was off-site to authorise. The location was incredible and wonderful, close to bars and restaurants. There were shopping centers and gift stores around the hotel.

Attractive hotel in a beautiful area, the staff were accommodating. The room was large and with big beds. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The location of the property was great - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Perry's Bridge Reptile Park. Shopping centers and gift stores were right next door.

I had comfortable stay, the place is exceptionally comfortable!

The standard room for easy access to safaris had basic facilities you need. The staff were incredibly nice and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. Also, location was favourable, really close to Perry's Bridge Reptile Park. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

We had a wonderful stay at a serene and peaceful hotel near Kruger National Park. The friendly staff ensured our comfort, and the clean and cozy accommodation exceeded our expectations. The delicious food at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise, and they even prepared a breakfast box for our early morning safari. The picturesque view of the water and gardens added to the tranquil atmosphere. We regret not having the chance to use the swimming pool, but it looked inviting. Tea, coffee, and a safe were available in our room for added convenience. I highly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers for a relaxing getaway.

Lovely hotel and facilities, great staff.

Surprised a hotel of this (supposed) quality didn't have air conditioning in the river chalet rooms, luckily it wasn't too hot when we were there, otherwise this could have been a real pain.

Attitude of management towards accepting amex card , no guest ameneties other than soap, price increase of 30% during our stay withou notification on 1/1/2013, breakfast buffet poor, ice machine broken and no management thereof, did not meet any senior staff.
